Payment is expected at time of service. Visa, Mastercard, FSA/HSA debit cards, cash, and personal checks are accepted. Molly is an in-network provider for Aetna and Cigna. She is out-of-network for United Healthcare and all Blue Cross related plans. All visits will be submitted electronically for patients who have in and out of network acupuncture benefits.
Eligibility of acupuncture benefits should be checked prior to the first visit. Please contact your insurance company to determine if your plan includes benefits for acupuncture, and if the condition(s) for which you seek treatment are considered "medically necessary" by your insurance company. While every effort will be made to choose an appropriate diagnosis for payment reimbursement, a guarantee of benefits paid cannot be made until the claim has been submitted and reviewed by your insurance company. Please note that insurance applies to acupuncture services only.
If you use a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) or other out of network insurance providers, a superbill will be provided with diagnostic and procedural codes for payment reimbursement.
